Welcome to Narbonne-plage, a pleasant sunny family seaside resort with supervised beaches as far as the eye can see. You will enjoy a comfortable 90 m2 villa, 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the center of the resort and its shops. Park your car in front of the house and enjoy a quiet vacation in a relaxing and green setting. The house is located in a secure residence and has a communal swimming pool (access from 04.06 to 30.09). Linens & cleaning included The space The house has a terrace and garden with furniture ( table, chairs,sunbeds, hammock and barbecue). The interior is modern and uncluttered. You have a master bedroom on the ground floor (bed 160*200) with a bathroom equipped with a sink and a shower. On the ground floor always, you can enjoy an open plan living/dining room and kitchen of 30 m2 and a first toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom ( bathtub, sink, wc) and a mezzanine. The latter serves as a game room. It is equipped with a TV with a wii as well as a hifi channel. One of the bedrooms is equipped with bunk beds and a single bed, the other bedroom has a double bed (140*190). Bed linen is provided, as are linens and towels. Cleaning is included, however, you will be asked to clean the appliances (fridge, coffee machine, barbecue...). Clean and tidy dishes as well as empty and dispose of garbage. A security deposit of €200 in cash will be requested upon check-in and returned, if everything is in order, on the day of check-out. Garage available as a cellar. Minimum 7 days rental. Flexibility on check-in and check-out days Other things to note For information, access to the pool is subject to certain conditions specified at the entrance and in connection with the rules of life. Examples: No running, no food, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. hours... from May 31 to September 30. Check-in is available from 3 PM to 8 PM Check out before 10am From October 1st to May 15th, an electricity fee will be applied.
