Our Rustico is located in a privileged location in the middle of gentle mountain pastures. Equipped with many amenities and spread over three floors. The location is a bit isolated and absolutely peaceful. With wood-burning fireplace and sauna. For those who love to be surrounded by nature and enjoy a lot of tranquility. The space This is a detached house, in the middle of a large lawn, where 4 - 6 people can stay. The parking lot is near the road about 15 meters from the house. It is heated with an underfloor heating system and a nice wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island and the wooden table is for about 6 people. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a TV with international TV channels and a WiFi connection. The wood-burning fireplace will warm you when you are in this area (wood available for a fee) On the attic floor there is a single space with a double bed and the possibility of adding 2 more single beds (ideal for families with small children) and a cot. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, a room with a toilet and a bathtub. In contact with the bathroom there is a small sauna available for guests. On this floor there is a washing machine and another small accessory room used as a storage room. Furnishings: functional, rustic, individual, stone and tile floors, wooden floors. Facilities: satellite TV; Wi-Fi Internet connection (included); washing machine, ironing board/iron; underfloor heating; wood heating; information and tourist brochures; Living room: kitchen, dining area, sofa, fireplace, from the living room spiral staircase (narrow) for the upper level, for the lower level. Dining area: in the living room, (first floor). Linear kitchen: in the living room (first floor). Kitchen equipment: 4 glass-ceramic cooking plates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette stove. Bedroom 1: (top floor, attic, the room has no doors): 1 x double bed or 4 x single beds that can be joined and a cot (bookable with a flat-rate supplement of CHF 30). Bedroom 2: (ground floor): double bed (1.40 m wide), outdoor exit. Sanitary facilities: (ground floor): 1 bathroom, toilet, and a small sauna. Access/parking: uncovered parking on the property 20 meters from the house Land: (for exclusive use): approx. 500 m², unfenced land, sloping position, wooded, with well-kept lawn, natural lawn. The remaining lawn is for the use of farmers, so there is a possibility that there are cows in the nearby lawn. Our guests are asked to use only the portion of land around the house of 500 square meters. Outdoor spaces: (exclusive use): furnished outdoor space, garden furniture available (1 outdoor table, 6 chairs), deck chairs, barbecue. At certain times of the year, farmers fertilize nearby fields or mow the grass with tractors. About once a year, there are cows grazing in the adjacent meadow. In the attic, at night, you can hear dormice carrying walnuts—it's a sound that's part of the place. It is careful that the spiral staircase is narrow and not suitable for people with motor deficits and that it can also be dangerous for children (socks with non-slip are recommended).
