Hello, I am Deniz, I was born and raised in Fethiye. I am the manager of Pınara Boutique Apart. Our place is close to Hisarönü center, dolmuş stop and shopping centers (5-minute walking distance). It is 80 m2, duplex, air-conditioned and has 2 showers/toilets. Our place is ideal for families and couples. A 50 Euro deposit is collected at the entrance to be returned after the check-out. We are 6-10 minutes (5 km) by car to Ölüdeniz, 3-5 minutes to the cable car, 5 minutes to Kayaköy (4 km) and 15 minutes (15 km) to Fethiye. Hot water is connected to the solar energy system. Maps: 8G8FH4FM+CJ The space Our apartments are duplexes. They were completely renovated in 2020 to make them even more comfortable to use. There are 2 bathrooms and WCs, one downstairs and one upstairs. Our apartments are self-catering. There is a double gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot and plates, pots, pans, etc. for eating and drinking in the kitchen. Our welcome package will be waiting for you at the entrance.(Water, tea, coffee, etc., toilet paper in sufficient quantity for your arrival) Subsequent purchases are your responsibility as we serve in the self-catering concept. Shopping malls are only a 2-minute walk away. Our hot water system is connected to solar energy. Our place is 3-4 minutes by car to the paragliding paradise Babadağ cable car, 6-10 minutes to Ölüdeniz, 4-5 minutes to Kayaköy, 10-15 minutes to Fethiye center. There is also a refrigerator and kettle for common use next to the dining area in our garden. Guest access I or my family will greet you at the entrance. Only 1 key is delivered in accordance with international hotel management rules. In case of loss of keys or breakage of the energy saver, the guest pays the fee. Our guests use the common garden and pool. However, the pool and garden are closed between November 1st and April 30th. If you wish, you can park your car in front of the door (street) or in the parking lot 50 meters away. Other things to note Our apartments are duplexes. Check-in: 11:45 pm at the latest Check-out: 10:00 Note: If our guests arriving by plane from Turkey or abroad prefer to come via FAT (Fethiye Airport Transfer), which we have been working with safely for years, they can check in regardless of the time.
