Sunrise Messada is a Cycladic style home located on the hill overlooking Punda Beach. Private balconies, terraces and garden allow guests to enjoy one of the best views of the sea that the island of Paros has to offer. The interior is minimalist in design so as to not distract from the beauty of the landscape and create a feeling of peace and relaxation. The sandy Punda Beach is 250 meters away *Please check amenities before booking* (No AC but newly installed ceiling fans in every room) The space We try to maximize indoor outdoor living with multiple balconies, patios, and lounge areas throughout the yard. Our interior design is a neutral color palette with minimalist design to enhance relaxation and help you enjoy one of the best views of the island. We have a large garden with a variety of herbs such as rosemary, greek oregano, bay laurel, etc... that guests are welcome to use. Guest access Sunrise Messada sits on a over an 4200 square meters of land. It is part of a large complex with several houses. The whole left side of the complex is for Sunrise Messada guests to use and enjoy. Please check out architectural drawing to better understand the property. Private parking is available on the property. Other things to note For increased peace and relaxation we recommend guests to come before July and after August. During July and August Punda Beach club is open which means some days music may be heard depending on wind direction at house between 14:00-20:00 We also have beach equipment for guests to use.
