The space A spacious bedroom, brand new vintage style bathroom where soaking in the tub is a must. Enjoy kicking off your shoes after a full day of sightseeing in your own living area. You have your own fridge or sip a hot cup of tea. We are warm, welcoming and personal and very open to a social chat. We offer off street parking and just step inside. We are centrally located 2 minutes to shops, a wide range of restaurants and beaches. You'll find us neatly tucked away on a reserve experiencing tranquility yet still close enough to a main bus route to the city. Guest access A light Mediterranean type Breakfast is served in the country style dining room or request room service. The kitchen is available to make sandwiches and drinks but not for cooking meals. Guests have their own private living area. Tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge. But no cookies facilities. A door code gives you access- no hassles with keys. Secure parking in the driveway. During your stay WiFI is available on arrival for the duration of your stay. Francis and Jacqui are always welcoming and happy to offer any suggestions to make your stay in Auckland a memorable one. We may even send you 'off the beaten track' on some exciting adventures. Other things to note The weather is unpredictable and Auckland can enjoy every season in one day. Short showers are part of our day so have a raincoat or umbrella handy. We follow a sustainable Living lifestyle, enjoy filtered drinking water, veggies and fruit in season, some from the garden.
