A lovely Keralan style villa with a garden in a quiet suburb of Alleppey. 2 min walking distance to the backwaters. The house has 5 bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has a private bathroom. The villa has 2 large halls, a balcony and a large patio outdoors. Our caretaker can provide delicious local meals at reasonable price. The space The villa is in a prime location, just 2 minutes walk from the Punnamada lake, the houseboat terminal and a 10 min walk to the old city center. The guests will have full access to the entire house and garden. Our caretaker will come for cleaning and check with guests about their daily needs. All rooms are a big size double bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Guests can enjoy very comfortable halls with nice sofas, as well as comfy seat outs, the library and dining area. There are 3 rooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor Garden is lavish with red palms and an amarand tree, and the compound is well fenced. Kitchen is equipped for cooking with basic ustensils, gaz and stove and fridge. Guest access All house and the garden as well.
