Cosy house with garden in central Chichester.

A detached house built just before WW1, at the end of a quiet road, it has a quirky, cosy feel. It very close to the city centre- just a few minutes walk, yet once inside the house or garden you wouldn't know it. It's our home at other times of the year, in the original spirit of AirBnb, and we trust you to take care of our belongings and respect it as such. The space There are many original features, including the traditional bathroom. It has a small, secluded garden, ideal for al fresco meals. It is near the railway line, well shielded by a thick, high hedge. There is parking for 2 cars. You will have use of the kitchen and sitting room downstairs, as well as the utility room (washing machine and fridge-freezer) and downstairs toilet- (you are welcome to add to the art work in the latter, as long as it's suitable for children to see!) Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms available to you, and a period bathroom with roll top bath and spray fitting. Guest access You are welcome to make use of the garden for outdoor eating, or just sitting in the sunshine. There will be 2 rooms not available to you- one upstairs, and one downstairs. Other things to note The house is not really suitable for guests with disabilities, as the bath requires some agility! Check out time 11 am. Check in time 4 pm.
