Tuscan-style house with terracotta floors and exposed beams. Ground floor: kitchenette and dining area with 42-inch TV and sofa. On the first floor: large double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, completely renovated. Second floor: double bedroom,bedroom with bunk bed and small bathroom with shower. Windows with mosquito nets. Large garden with pool for exclusive use equipped with gazebos, sun loungers, barbecue and service bathroom. Air conditioning in bedrooms. The space 11 km from the center of Viareggio, quiet location, sunny on the slope, 11 km from the sea. Grocery store 4 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 11 km. Nearby landmarks: Lucca 28 km, Pisa 48 km, Florence 109 km. Please note: car essential. Guest access Access to the house via stairs. There are several stairs in the house and to access the garden (see photos). Our guests have exclusive use of every part of the house and its garden with pool. House equipped with detergent for both washing machine and dishwasher. Space to access the garden by car: 2.05 meters, otherwise it must be left on the street. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: €10 per day for electricity and water consumption will be paid in cash at check-in. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are preferred in June, July, and August. Please contact us for exceptions. Very quiet and peaceful area; we prefer not to rent to groups of young people. Minors are only accepted if accompanied by their parents. There are stairs in the house and to access the garden. To park the car in the garden, the driveway is 2.05 meters wide; otherwise, the car can be left on the street without any issues.
