Pet friendly* Enjoy your cozy mountain retreat in this beautifully furnished cabin with amazing views of Lake Granby and the Rockies. Huge deck with hot tub! Three bedrooms, loft, two bathrooms, & game room with pool table & ping pong table. Outdoor activities galore with hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, ice skating & snowmobiling. Downtown Grand Lake is an 8 minute drive away and RMNP is close too! Star gaze in the warmth of the hot tub at night, enjoy the gorgeous sunrises in the AM, or both! The space Cabin is 1850 sqft of livable space (or 2250 sqft with game room). Plus a 360 sqft outside deck overlooking the Rockies and Lake Granby! For summer months, keep in mind most places in the mountains don’t have central A/C. My cabin has a mini split in the master bedroom (upper level) for A/C. Otherwise, the place is cooled off with open windows and cross breezes. It still gets cool at night though and there are fans for each sleeping area. (Note: The basement has a completely separate owner’s unit that I periodically stay in. I will always let you know if I will be there during your stay. While no common spaces are shared, I understand if this is an issue for some folks.) Two bedrooms on the main floor: first bedroom includes 1 queen bed, second bedroom includes 1 full bed and a bunk bed with 2 full beds. Hallway between these bedrooms includes the laundry area and a bathroom with tub and shower. This hallway opens up to the common space including kitchen, dining room, living room, and access to the outside deck. Common space has large picture windows to enjoy the gorgeous views 24 hours a day! Living room seats 8, dining room seats 8, and outside deck table seats 8. Large hot tub fits 8 people. Enjoy scenic views on the huge deck (my favorite spot!) with hot tub, large table with umbrella, and gas grill along with the wrap-around enclosed dog run for your furry friend. Refundable pet deposit is $200. Upstairs includes the huge master bedroom including ensuite double vanity bathroom (with stand up shower and jet tub), a sitting area with large sectional and TV, and a beautiful king size log bed. When I say huge master bedroom, I mean it! It's bigger than both of the other bedrooms combined and includes a huge walk in closet. Master bedroom is fully closed off from the loft area. The loft (shown in pictures as Bedroom 4) has a full size futon bed with beautiful views through the picture windows. Please note the loft area is open to common space and is not enclosed. Garage downstairs has been converted to a game room with pool table, ping pong table, card table, cornhole (bean bag toss), and darts. I also have a Pack n' Play, booster seat, small linens, and some additional toys for the kiddos. Board game closet has tons of adult and kid games for your inside play time :) I'm sure you will spend plenty of time outside though with everything Grand Lake has to offer including hiking trails, biking trails, stand up paddle boarding, boating, canoeing, swimming, fishing, and in the winter, ice fishing, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling! It’s truly a "Grand" place to visit ;) Guest access Self check-in with smart lock. Huge driveway fits many cars and can also fit a truck with attached trailer/boat. Easy access to hwy 34 with well-groomed roads and year-round access. A few minutes from Stillwater Pass (hiking and snowmobile trails!), 8 minutes from downtown Grand Lake, and 10 minutes from the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Directly across from Lake Granby. Other things to note I'm a Super Host so I know how to give you the support you need to make the best of your mountain vacation!
