There are polished concrete floors through 3/4 of the home, and the high ceilings add to the spacious contemporary floor plan. As you enter into the large entrance hall, you are drawn to the extensive open family and dining area complete with 5 star kitchen. Family and dining room are separated by Cyprus timber built in cupboards and feature wall including combustion fire to add further ambience to the incredible space and provide warmth through the colder months (one nights supply of firewood supplied), there is reverse cycle split system to combat colder or warmer days. You will love the executive kitchen with long island bench, top of the range appliances and outstanding copper splash back / timber feature wall which compliments this unique modern chef’s kitchen. There is an undercover outdoor entertaining area opposite, enabling al fresco dining should the mood take you. Note we have a Delonghi Espresso Coffee machine that takes the Nespresso version of capsules available from Coles. MASTER BEDROOM Kingsize bed, and complete with impressive ensuite and walk in robe. FAMILY ROOM Queen size bed, along with a set of bunks and trundle, this room has direct access to main bathroom FRONT ROOM Queen sized bed SHARED SPACE sitting room has a fold down sofa bed, this would sleep one comfortably for a night or two but as in a common area not recommended for a long term stay OTHER Dining room table that seats 10 with room to move. Outdoor dining for 8. Large screen TV in main living area, magazines and books to read. Sitting room has a small TV with built in DVD player this area also has a selection of children's toys, family and kids DVD's, games, puzzles. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer for long term stays. High chair, stroller and Phil & Teds portacot for young families. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Off street Parking for 4 cars (2 undercover). Free wifi. Netflix. Linen and towels (1 per guest) are supplied for the number of guests that have booked and paid. Over 5 guests attract additional charges, if you book for 2 but more are intending to come please advise so that we can ensure correct linen is supplied for your stay. Beach Towels are not provided. Xmas 2024 will have a minimum 7 night stay with checkin on Monday 23/12 or Monday 30/12. Guest access Access to the entire property apart from the outside shed and one locked cupboard in the hallway Other things to note Australian school holidays are a minimum 5 night stay. December/January is 5 night minimum. Easter is a minimum 4 nights stay. Other SA long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay. Unless agreed to otherwise. We do NOT take bookings for schoolies, school leavers festival in late Nov annually. A fantastic summer location, Port Elliot also offers a fantastic opportunity to witness the migration of the Southern Wright Whale which can be viewed from the foreshore from May-Oct. Other seaside towns are within close driving distance including Victor Harbor, Middleton and Goolwa. Granite Island is a highlight, only a short walk across the jetty to see sealions and penguins. McLaren Vale wine region is a short 30 minute drive.
