The space This 3BR apartment is a home for our family to enjoy the most serene part of Pattaya. It's in a property called Baan Somprasong Condominium, situated in the area called Ban Amphur, a quiet fishing village which offers some of the best seafood in the region. The condominium has access to a large expanse of well kept beach. This part of the beach is not crowded like in Central Pattaya. It's cleaner and more quiet. Pattaya city center is 12 km north. Walking down to the beach from the room takes about 5 min. Few good restaurants are in walking distance. Many other restaurants are within 2 km. The room is on the 6th floor. The balcony is wide and open to overlook panoramic ocean view as well as lush garden and pool below. The room is decorated with various collections of antique, artistic, and wooden pieces of furniture and artworks my family collected from Thailand and Southeast Asian neighbor countries. The place is perfect for family with kids. The swimming pool has a small jacuzzi pool and a kids' pool. The security is 24 hr. The garden is nicely maintained. There is a sala for barbeque in the garden. The beachfront has a long walkway for jogging or just walking.
