We discourage preschoolers staying as the house and section aren’t suitable. Care must be taken with older children. There may be the occasional dead New Zealand cockroach - they are native to this area and though we spray the house they can still get in and die between cleans. Please note that The Hall is our own family beach bach - if you move furniture away from walls etc you will probably find dust and the odd dead bug and we aren’t able to check all items of crockery/glasses for cleaning in between rentals like a Hotel might. We do do our best to check and leave it sparkling but there will be the odd miss. Minimum nights for holiday weekends will apply. Note: The Hall is in Mahia - approximately an hour from Gisborne, 2 hours from Napier. Note: Cousins have properties at the start of the drive and opposite ours. We share water pump and sewerage systems. Our neighbour next door also keeps an eye on our place.
