Typical apartment in a nice area and good location in the city center. Close to shops, ideal for shopping or enjoying nightlife, old town and beaches... without a car! On an upper floor but with a small elevator, very useful for carrying your luggage. 2-room apartment, nice, bright and sunny during the day. High ceilings and street-facing windows with double glazing. The apartment is located in a lively area of the city center and on a shopping street, so there may be noise during the day when the windows are open. WiFi (private line, sufficient network quality to work on the internet), TV. Fans. - Bedroom overlooking the balcony on the street, double bed (140 x 190 cm). Sheets, pillows, duvet in winter INCLUDED. - Living room with two large windows, large sofa with chaise longue, armchairs, table… - Separate toilet - Separate and equipped kitchen overlooking the inner courtyard. Stove (3 gas burners and an electric burner), washer-dryer, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, steamer, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine etc. - The bathroom is not very large but it is functional: heated towel rail, lighted mirror, storage, small bathtub and hairdryer. - Iron and ironing table. - Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
