Welcome to Morocco Loft ~ this is a large loft on the third floor of a vintage tudor style building high up overlooking the downtown cityscape with lots of character and charm. You will love the trendy decor and unique layout just steps from the downtown walking mall, discovery museum and the many unique shops and restaurants of Winchester. The space It is a two bedroom apt with small office ( reading nook) , dining area in living room with sleeping couch, cozy kitchen and full bath with tub and laundry facilities. Guest access Morocco Loft is up on the third floor overlooking Boscawen street just steps from the fabulous walking mall with delicious restaurants shops and everything downtown! Parking is readily available in Braddock Street garage one just one block up or free on the streets after 6pm and weekends. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival and is in addition to initial reservation cost. We add this fee rather than altering our holiday costs. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks may be subject to an additional cleaning fees. Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.
