Villette North . Nice and light room. not independent when the other bedroom is occupied (pass through bedroom) in a pleasant house with garden. Very quiet. Access to RER B (6 minutes walk). Close to shops, theatre and cinema. The living room is only used by the owners as an office and music room. It is not made available to guests for that reason. Gare du nord is 2 RER (tube) stops away (7 mn journey time by tube), Chatelet station 11 mn journey time by tube. The space PARIS north – Villette Nord neighborhood. 1.5 km north of La Villette (public transport access RER B and line 12), double room on the 1st floor, with shared bathroom on the ground floor, in very quiet house with garden and piano. (Upstairs there are only 2 bedrooms: your bedroom is adjacent to another bedroom: The tenant(s) of the neighboring bedroom will be the only ones to pass through your bedroom). Access: RER B line La Courneuve-Aubervilliers 6-minute walk (direct access from Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports); metro line 12 Aubervilliers Town Hall station +5 min walk This room is not suitable for a stay for 2 people. The bed is a single bed. The room is a thoroughfare, and is a passage to the next room. Guest access You have free access to the garden, to the kitchen for breakfast and at meal times. Space for your personal goods in the kitchen cupboard and fridge. Self-use of the washing machine (5 euros per washing / 4 euros extra if using the dryer). The living room is not made available to guests as it is our music rom, used for our personal work. During your stay We will be at your disposal to speak French if you come to learn about French culture, go out to the theater together if you are interested, and help you in your various steps and orientations to tourist or professional sites. Other things to note Pls be quiet from 9pm till 7am. Make sure you walk wuietly at night since the house floor are made in wodd and is can become noisy for us sleeping downstairs. Thanks!
