Lake house with beautiful lake and mountain views

The Lake-house is located right beside the beautiful Lake Illawarra. This cozy house is the perfect relaxing retreat to explore the Illawarra and Wollongong. There is a skate park and children's park opposite to the house. There is a jetty nearby where you can do fishing. You can also use the walking path (that goes all around the lake) to go for a walk. The Nan Tien Temple is a short 4 minutes drive from the property. Ten minutes drive to Wollongong CBD or beautiful beaches of the area. The space 2 bedrooms, 1 study, living room with 2 couches, dining table. You can park 2 cars in the driveway. Full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, utensils, crockery, tea towels, cleaning products. Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap provided. Towels, linen and bedding provided. Smoke alarm. Fire blanket and Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink. Iron & ironing board. Small first aid kit (on top of the fridge) Smoking outside only. Inside is absolutely smoke free. Guest access Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dinning, living room, study/office, driveway, front garden. Fireplace is non-functional please note it can not be used. Other things to note Direct access to the house from the main road. You can park 2 cars in the driveway.
