The space - 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom with two single beds and one single bedroom, plus a very wide double sofa bed). Up to 5 guests. Just 1 minute from the metro, 5 minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Familia and 10 minutes from Gràcia Squares. Passeig de Gràcia (La Pedrera, Casa Batlló) can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and Plaça Catalunya in about 30 minutes. The apartment opens onto Avenida de Gaudí, one of the most beautiful streets in Barcelona, full of cafés, terraces and local life, connecting the Sagrada Familia with the former Hospital de Sant Pau, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. - Modern apartment, new and recently renovated, with natural wooden floors full of character, very bright and welcoming. - Ideal layout: the living area (living room and kitchen) is separated from the sleeping area, ensuring privacy, peace and a good night’s rest. > LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA The living room is spacious, bright and very comfortable, featuring a beautiful traditional ceramic vaulted ceiling that gives the space unique character. It includes a new, extra-wide double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Barcelona. From the living room you can access a balcony overlooking the street and Avenida de Gaudí, a fantastic avenue full of cafés and terraces, ideal for enjoying the local atmosphere. The apartment has a large TV, DVD player and a small selection of movies. The dining area is integrated into the space, perfect for breakfast, remote work, planning your day or enjoying a relaxed dinner. > WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP The apartment has two well-distributed bedrooms: * One double bedroom with two single beds and a private balcony. * One single bedroom, ideal for children or a third adult. Both bedrooms are located in the quietest part of the apartment and are very peaceful, perfect for a good night’s sleep 😉 Beds are prepared according to the season. Bed linen and towels are included (one shower towel and one small towel per guest). > KITCHEN AND BATHROOM Fully equipped kitchen for breakfasts, lunches or dinners. It includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle and everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay in Barcelona. The apartment also provides a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a shower and gas-powered hot water, which means it never runs out, even when several guests are staying. > AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, cooling the entire space during the summer. For the winter months, there are radiators in all rooms, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay all year round. > OUR GUIDE We provide our guests with a detailed guide made by us, full of useful information. You will find the best places in the area for breakfast, grocery shopping and dining, as well as our personal tips for visiting Barcelona and making the most of the city. We also include maps and guidebooks such as Lonely Planet. > CLEANLINESS Cleanliness and guest care are our top priorities. Before each arrival, we carefully check every detail of the apartment. We are travelers ourselves and know exactly what guests value in a Barcelona accommodation. We are always available to help and to recommend restaurants, sights and special places in the city. > GUEST REGISTRATION Legal apartment in Barcelona with an official tourist license (HUTB), registered with the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona City Council. All guests are required to provide their details in accordance with current regulations. Guest access You rent the whole apartment, and no spaces are shared with any other guest. Other things to note Standard Check-in time is from 15:00h. Standard Check-out time is until 11:00h. We are FLEXIBLE ! (so if you have any specil need, just contact us, and we'll do our best to help you. Like dropping luggage early, leaving a bit later ... It will always subject on the previous / following guests. Thanks! ) The EARLY CHECKIN, when possible, has an additional cost of 30€. LOCAL TAX: 6,25€ person/day NOT included in rental price. We are a legal apartment :), with HUTB tourist license. (updated amount, Oct 24) That is why guests staying in our apartment must pay a fee of 6,25€ person/day. Over 16 years and with a maximum of 7 days. This rate is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from the 1/4/2017. BOPB 29/12/2020 Ayuntamiento de Barcelona. The tax is of 6,25€ person/night since October 2024; Barcelona City Council. KEYS. In case of loss of the keys, you wil be charged 300€. As to guarantee the maximum security for our guests, our apartment doors are equiped with high security lockers. And in case of loss we proceed to replace both of them, as to guarantee your security and also the future guests'. OTHER IMPORTANT RULES → QUIET HOURS In accordance with municipal regulations, we kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. During this time, any noise that could disturb neighbors is not permitted. → NO SMOKING INDOORS This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, it is allowed on the balcony. Please make sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep the area clean. → NO DRUG USE The use of drugs is not permitted in any part of the apartment, including outdoor areas. If any evidence of drug use is found after your stay, we reserve the right to file a claim for €300 to cover cleaning, deodorization, and damages to the accommodation. → CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund, and may also lead to police intervention and fines or sanctions imposed by the relevant authorities.
