The space GOA HIDEAWAY A beautifully renovated 140 years old heritage Portuguese villa situated in an idyllic, quaint & friendly village of Moira close to the market town of Mapusa. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa is located close to a river and is the perfect getaway for peace and tranquility. A five minutes walk away is an exquisite centuries old Church located next to paddy fields. In front of the church is a stately statute of Christ with outstretched arms showering His blessings on Moira. Built over 700 sq meters, the property has been recently renovated very tastefully. While embellishing its heritage character, the emphasis of the renovation has been on enhancing the facilities and modernising the rest rooms to elevate convenience & comfort. The 27 feet high ceilings house a large dining room, spacious living room and 3 bedrooms with antique double beds. All bedrooms have fully equipped attached bath rooms. The villa has verandahs running around the outside, the view from which is as scenic as the breeze is cool & crisp. The villa comprises 2 double bedrooms and 1 suite with a study. The study can be converted into an extra bedroom for 2 children. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a beautifully landscaped garden with its own Mango tree, Palms and a Cashew nut tree and a freshly built gazebo to enjoy a siesta or savor a drink. As part of the recent renovations, separate staff quarters have been built on site to ensure complete guest privacy while having 24x7 access to staff for dining or any assistance.
