Light floods this 5 stars designer build that overlooks the dune, the sea is only 50 metres away but it can be hard to leave with the pool, large garden, sun loungers and large open plan kitchen and living it is perfect for spending your holidays with family or friends. But if it all gets too much you can always find a quite spot, relaxing on the sofas of the shaded terrace or up on the roof terrace. The house is a labour of love and we hope you will enjoy your holidays here. The space The house was finished in the summer of 2018, it consists of four floors - the living room with huge double height ceilings and big windows overlooking the dune is the show stopper. But we have tried to pay attention to every space and make it as comfortable as possible for guests as possible. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note it is possible to rent bikes from the campsite next door, everything is few minutes by bikes and super convenient with dedicated bike lanes. We do not have air conditioning at the house, because we have built the house to be environmentally conscious as possible. The house is extremely well insulated and to keep it cool in the summer we have programmed the automatic shutters at the front of the house to partially close at 3pm, this keeps the house at a lovely cool temperature.
