Remodeled house w/garage

Entire family friendly home. Cozy, centrally located, fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Minutes drive to the university, train station, Creamer’s Field and shopping. Has a fenced in backyard. There are absolutely no pets allowed due to allergies. The space 1,100 square foot home, with small garage and fenced in backyard and hot tub to yourself! Not a party house. This is located in a family friendly quiet neighborhood. Speed limit is 20 mph. We know the neighbors very well and hope to not get any complaints. We have a small garage available to smaller sedans with garage door opener. I have seen a Chevy Suburban fit in this garage, but I just don’t know how comfortable it was for people getting in and out. It’s not the biggest garage. Checkout is at 11AM. No late checkout due to extra COVID cleaning. No pets allowed due to allergies. Guest access Keyless entry/push button keypad on front door. Other things to note 2021 Update for people working from home: we have been told from our last guest that internet lagged at times when streaming on Zoom. Please be aware of this before choosing my place. We have internet through ACS and it’s speed is around 15mbps. This is the first time we have been advised of this but want to you to be aware before booking for business. We will have a pack and play available upon request. If there is anything in particular that you may need prior to your stay please let us know. This includes kitchenware, specific pots, pans, etc. We may be able to provide it upon request.
