Charming & cozy studio in the very center of Bol!

This charming, clean and cozy studio is located right in the very heart of Bol Old Town! It is in a calm street that leads to the seafront and is within easy walking distance to literally everything. Bus terminal is only 2 minutes away, catamaran port 4 minutes, touristic train that takes you to Zlatni rat, restaurants, doctor’s, green market, entertainment for children, taxi terminal, shops, bars, beaches and everything else you may think of is less than 5min walking distance from this place. The space The studio is around 25 m2 and is on the first floor of a typical old autochthonous stone Dalmatian house. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and beds are in the same space while the private bathroom (with a shower) is separated. The studio can accommodate 3 guests, 2 adults (double bed) and 1 child (sofa bed). There is a private terrace with a view. No, we didn’t forget to put WiFi and an AC in the studio but we did remove a TV. Let’s be honest, you don’t really need one while in Bol so instead, we offer a variety of books in many foreign languages, do check whether we have your language too! Guest access Because we live in the very center where the streets are narrow and turns are sharp, it is a vehicle restricted area and, unless your vehicle is reaaaally tiny, you will have a problem accessing our street. But worry not! There is a safe (and free) public parking not far from our place (we park there as well). If you’re coming with a car, we will explain how to get to that parking. Other things to note Other things to note If you like doing sports, you’re going to love it here! There are various water sports centers in Bol where you can do windsurfing, diving, kiteboarding, SUP, sailing! There is also a tennis center with 21 court, a bowling center, a bike/car/scooter rental, a beach volleyball court, children's fun park, a basketball court, several aqua parks and so on and so on.
