Tranquil Luxury Beach House Retreat

Our beach house, "Shambhala", a place of peace, tranquility and happiness. Enjoy a luxuriously appointed house with gourmet kitchen, fireplace and large deck. Set opposite the bush, 200m to the surf beach, 450m to the boat ramp & 150m to the shop. The space The main beach house has three large bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite and french doors opening to the deck. The other two bedrooms share the main bathroom that features a gorgeous freestanding bath that you can lie in and gaze up at the stars. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom features a king bed that can alternatively be split into two king single beds. This bedroom also has a singe bed and trundle bed if extra sleeping spaces are needed to sleep up to 8 people in the beach house. The beach house features a large open living space with a comfortable lounge and TV area; a fireplace and siting area and a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Our handmade solid timber dining table seats up to 12 people. Our kitchen is appointed with Miele and Smeg appliances. It has a lovely island bench and solid timber bench tops, surrounded by windows so you can enjoy preparing meals as you gaze outside. Our kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices. Our living space opens to a large deck that is covered and can be used in all weather. It is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ and sit and relax the afternoon away. The deck has a large Weber BBQ and a solid timber outdoor table that can seat 12. Our lounge opens to the front verandah, where many a drinks have been enjoyed. Our beautiful hanging pod chair or Adirondack rocking chairs are the perfect place to relax, read a book and spot a kangaroo at dusk grazing outside. Our cottage, is a separate 2 bedroom dwelling with one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 king single bunk beds, sleeping 4 people. The cottage has a spacious bathroom and a separate living and dining space with kitchenette. A laundry is provided, adjacent to the carport, with a washing machine and dryer. There is a large clothes line and pegs. Washing detergent is provided. Guest access Guests can either rent the entire property, that is the three bedroom house and a two bedroom cottage with its own bathroom and living space. On request, it may be possible to rent either the house or cottage separately. Guests have access to the property via a gate and driveway. There is a large carport offering plenty of undercover parking for cars and boats. Other things to note This is a dog friendly property. It is fully fenced. However dogs are not allowed inside the house or cottage. Your dog is welcome to sleep on the deck or verandah areas. Linen is not included. Guests can bring their own sheets and towels or we can arrange a linen service for you with our local cleaner. Registration Details PID-STRA-15298
