The space The first floor is a living room with a convertible couch , coffee table, tv with dvd player, bluetooth speaker. It has a kitchenette with a fridge (freezer compartment included), a microwave oven, two induction plates, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and an electric citrus juicer. The bathroom is equipped with a cabin shower, a vanity unit, a toilet and a washing machine (the linens and towels are included). Access to the terrace is made through the living room. It is equipped with a garden table, a parasol, two deckchairs and an electric grill. For your entertainment, there will be a Wi-Fi DSL connection available, a ‘pétanque’ set of balls, cards, a checkers set and beach rackets. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment.
