The apartment is located directly at the edge of the field in Bad Vilbel-Gronau in the middle of the countryside in a quiet two-family house on the sunny southwest side. Through the three windows you have a beautiful view of the small terrace (about 25 square meters) and the Nidda. The terrace is idyllically located under a vine, lovingly designed and equipped with garden furniture. The spacious apartment with 2 sleeping places is family-friendly, but also good friends and colleagues feel comfortable due to the separate sleeping areas. Our fully equipped, pretty and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of our house in a very nice, quiet new building area of Gronau adjacent to the Golfclub Lindenhof. From here you can watch sturgeons directly on the renatured shore trails of the Nidda storks, ride a bike, jog or have a cool beer in the golf club on the wonderful terrace. In the middle of Gronau is the Weinhaus Hamm, which offers a selected range of national and international wines and delicacies. Pizzeria and inn are within walking distance. The organic farm "Dottenfelderhof" (1,5 km away) offers shopping for products (bread and cheese factory) from our own production e.g. for your breakfast. Bad Vilbel offers a lot of variety in the summer months with its cafes and the performances of the Burgfestspiele in the water castle. Citylife is also possible by S-Bahn (in 25 minutes) due to the direct connection to Frankfurt Central Station or Messe Frankfurt. Walking time to train station is approx. 10 minutes By car, depending on traffic, it is also 20-30 minutes via the B3. Relaxed street parking. The living room: The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. All windows in the living and dining room are equipped with shutters. The bed in the bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m, the sofa bed in the living room is about 1.40 m wide. Ideal up to three adults. All rooms have underfloor heating. Other things to note No pets No parties/events. Check-in is from 6pm. Previous telephone agreement is desirable. Check-out till 11:00. We are particularly excited about international guests and will be happy to help you plan activities. Smoking is only at the patio terrace. It goes without saying that the normal rules of living together in an apartment building apply here. Booking only for you and your companion - booking for other people is unfortunately not possible for insurance reasons. We have free free parking space right in front of the house.
