The apartment is located directly on the edge of the field in Bad Vilbel-Gronau in the middle of the countryside in a quiet semi-detached house on the sunny southwest side. Through the three windows you have a beautiful view of the small terrace (about 25 sqm) and the Nidda. The terrace is idyllically located under a vine, lovingly designed and equipped with garden furniture. The spacious apartment with 2 beds is suitable for families, but also good friends and colleagues feel comfortable thanks to the separate sleeping areas. Our fully equipped, pretty and bright 2-room apartment (about 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of our house in a very nice, quiet new development area of Gronau adjacent to the Lindenhof golf club. From here you can watch storks directly on the renatured banks of the Nidda, ride a bike, jog or drink a cool beer in the golf club on the wonderful terrace. In the middle of Gronau is the Hamm wine house, which offers a selected assortment of national and international wines and delicacies. Pizzeria and inn are within walking distance. The organic farm "Dottenfelderhof" (1.5 km away) offers shopping opportunities for products (bread and cheese) from its own production, for for your breakfast. Bad Vilbel offers a lot of variety in the summer months with its cafes and the performances of the Burgfestspiele in the Wasserschloß. City life is also possible by S-Bahn (suburban train) (in 25 minutes) through the direct connection to Frankfurt Central Station or Messe Frankfurt. Walking time to the train station is approx. 10 minutes. By car, it's also 20-30 minutes via the B3 depending on traffic conditions. Easy street parking. Living space: The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All windows in the living and dining room are equipped with shutters. The bed in the bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m, the sofa bed in the living room is about 1.40 m wide. Ideal for up to three adults. All rooms have underfloor heating. It goes without saying that the normal rules of living together in an apartment building apply here.
