The space This beautiful 1.4-hectare property is home to a 300 m² farmhouse (18th century) that has been completely renovated with style and modern features, which you can enjoy in all seasons (insulation, double glazing, underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, etc.). Guests can enjoy the (saltwater) swimming pool to relax (11 x 5.5, in-ground and secured by a rigid roller shutter), go for a walk in the woods and look for mushrooms, pick figs, mulberries, cherries, or apples from the trees... In short, enjoy nature, the space, and the tranquility. A large terrace of 150m2 facing southwest will ensure you can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather. You can also sit there in the morning or at the end of the day to see rabbits and deer roaming at the edge of the woods. Since the house is relatively secluded and not overlooked, lying on the sun loungers at dusk and simply gazing at the starry sky is a real delight. To ensure peace and privacy, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is the possibility of 3 additional beds (clic clac 2 places + 1 seater convertible armchair) + 2 umbrella beds available. The house can therefore accommodate 15 adults and 2 children without any problems. The space The whole place will be at your disposal. You are bound to be enchanted by the setting of this renovated farmhouse in the heart of the countryside, in absolute tranquility, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Sleeping accommodations details: Regarding the bedrooms, you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Sleeping in the living room is also possible (a very comfortable sofa bed is available). Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed + A 1-seat sofa bed. Bathroom is just across the street (sink + toilet) Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed Bedroom 3: Equipped with a double bed + desk Bedroom 4: Large bedroom equipped with a double bed + a desk, with the option to add a travel cot (provided) Bedroom 5: Large bedroom equipped with a double bed Bedroom 6: Bedroom equipped with 2 single beds Living room: A sofa bed for 2 people.
