The space This beautiful 1.4 hectare property is home to a 300 m² farmhouse (18th century) completely renovated with taste and modernity, which you can enjoy in all seasons (insulation, double glazing, underfloor heating, electric roller shutters...) Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (salt water) to relax (11 x 5.5 underground & secured by a rigid roller shutter), go for a walk in the woods and look for mushrooms, pick some figs, blackberries, cherries or apples from the trees... In short, enjoy nature, space and calm. A large 150 m² southwest-facing terrace will ensure you can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather. You can also settle in there to see rabbits and deer wandering at the edge of the woods in the morning or at the end of the day. As the house is relatively isolated and not overlooked, lying down at dusk on the deckchairs and letting yourself go to contemplate the starry sky is a real pleasure. To ensure tranquility and privacy, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. There is the possibility of 3 additional beds (2-seater sofa bed + 1-seater convertible armchair) + 2 baby cribs available. The house can therefore easily accommodate 15 adults and 2 children. You will only be delighted by the setting of this renovated farmhouse in the heart of the countryside, in absolute calm, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Sleeping arrangements: Regarding the bedrooms, you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. A bed is also possible in the living room (a very comfortable sofa bed is available. Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed + a single sofa bed. Bathroom is right across (sink + toilet) Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed Bedroom 3: Equipped with a double bed + desk Bedroom 4: Large bedroom with a double bed + a desk with the possibility of putting a folding crib (available) Bedroom 5: Large bedroom with a double bed Bedroom 6: Bedroom with 2 single beds Living room: A sofa bed for 2 people. Equipment: The house is a family home that we often occupy and therefore includes all the necessary equipment: - Furnished kitchen - Dining room with a large table for up to 14 people - Large garden table on the terrace (up to 16 people) - A bread oven is also available on the terrace - A BBQ grill - A professional plancha (120 cm) - Cellar with a freezer, washing machine. - The house is equipped with a water softener - The living room is equipped with armchairs and sofas, as well as a 55" flat screen - Garden furniture - Swimming pool (if the weather allowed the water to be filled beforehand) - Balls and outdoor games - Bikes / Kids bikes - ….
