The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extras for self catering. *Ceilings fans in each bedroom. Gas fireplace for the winter months. *Wifi is free. There is a reading nook/gaming room with a 32 inch screen that has HDMI and USB ports, and an Xbox One. Please bring your own games. You may also want to bring your own device. There are various books and board games in case of a rainy day. *MySky with movies, Sky Sport, and kids channels. *Built-in USB ports in the kitchen and in each bedroom for charging phones and electronics. *Outdoor lounge and BBQ area overlooks the lake - the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail or two. *Plenty of room here - 240 m2 in total, inside and out. Guest access This is a private home with full access for each booking party. Other things to note Please note: This lake is not for swimming, however kayaking is fine. The property is not fenced so please be extra aware of small children wandering off. Smoking outside only. Please respect our neighbours. Absolutely no loud parties, loud vehicles, or loud music. No fireworks allowed. Please keep vehicles off of the grass.
