This entire apartment combines the charm of a village house with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. It's an independent, cozy, and peaceful space, designed so you can experience Mallorca at a relaxed pace and feel right at home. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. But the real highlight is the outdoor space: you'll have two private outdoor areas. On the ground floor, you'll find an interior patio connected to the living room and kitchen, and upstairs, a private terrace of approximately 80 m², equipped with a solarium, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture, and a shower. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the sun, read, or end your day outdoors. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and bath and beach towels. A beach umbrella and bag are also provided, along with beach toys for children. We provide a desk and office chair to make working from home more comfortable during your stay. It's also equipped for family travel: we offer a crib, high chair, baby bathtub, and baby supplies. Pets are welcome, subject to the conditions outlined in the house rules. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor (second floor in US/UK terms) of a building without an elevator; you will need to climb stairs. The apartment was renovated with a focus on minimizing its environmental impact, using water-based paints and varnishes, eco-friendly products, recycled materials, and Class A or higher materials whenever possible. Our goal is for you to enjoy Mallorca while also using its resources responsibly. Guest access IMPORTANT: The cleaning fee and Ecotax are paid separately. The cleaning fee is €70. An additional cleaning fee of €20 applies to stays with pets. The tourist tax (Ecotax) will be applied in accordance with current regulations and the circumstances of the stay. It is €2/person/day in the high season and €0.50/day in the low season. In addition, children under 16 are exempt, and from the ninth day onwards, the fee is reduced by 50%. Please note that it is necessary to show the IDs of all guests upon arrival at the house. Their information is needed to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021. This house is governed by seasonal rentals. Tourist services such as daily cleaning, reception, or breakfast are not offered. A lease must be signed upon arrival in accordance with the legislation in force in the Balearic Islands. There are stairs both at the entrance to the house and at the entrance to the upper terrace. - Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped so you can prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach to dinner at home. Other things to note Felanitx is a traditional Mallorcan town that allows you to enjoy a different side of Mallorca, away from the atmosphere of the busiest tourist areas. On Sundays, you can visit their market and discover local products, gastronomy, clothing, and handicrafts. From Felanitx, you can easily arrange trips along the east coast and visit beaches, coves, and natural areas such as Cala Ferrera, Cala Sa Nau, and Es Trenc, as well as other parts of the island. The area also offers opportunities for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities. For tennis fans, the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor is approximately 10 km from Felanitx.
