Waterview is a friendly neighborhood with a diverse mix of people. The airport is 25-35min Check-in: if you have an early flight (e.g. 6am) and would like to arrive prior to 10am, please book for the day before also. Then you can arrive any time you like and I don't have to block the previous night for other guests that might want to stay. The space You’ll have a bedroom with a queen bed, underbed drawers, wardrobe, TV and a shared bathroom. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen. In your room there is a television, that will have internet access for on-demand tv. We are 1km from motorway #16, 20km drive (btwn 30-40min drive) to airport but only 10- 20 min drive to the city. There is a bus stop less than 20m away and short Uber to Ponsonby - in fact I often walk there in 60mins Guest access You are welcome to anywhere except my personal bedroom and the garage. During your stay I have a good knowledge of great dining experiences in Auckland and happy to make your stay in Auckland as pleasant as possible. I will give you as much space as you feel you need. Other things to note You are welcome to use the BBQ and outdoors as much as you like. I have a alkaline, fluoride free water filter plumbed into the kitchen which makes for delicious water. This is a pet friendly rental so those that have fur allergies, please be aware previous guests may have had fur animals staying.
