Beautiful apartment, located in one of the quietest and peaceful residential developments in San Miguel. It's a 10 minute walk from downtown. Enjoy the amenities of the residential complex that include: pool, clubhouse, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. The space IMPORTANT: AMENITIES AND COMMON AREAS ARE OPEN UNDER PRIOR RESERVATION. PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY WITH THE HOST. The villa has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a full size bed with a sofa bed, where another person can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, glasses and other utensils that you may need. Please enjoy the living room, the dining room and the balcony that has a beautiful view to nature. The apartment has WI-Fi and cable. During your stay, you can access all the amenities of the complex, which include: pool, clubhouse, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. These are shared with the neighbors, so it is important to respect everyone's use of these shared areas. NOTE: The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are located in the Club House, which is 1 block from the apartment. You can walk or drive there, since there is also a parking space at the Club House. Guest access For security reasons to enter the residential development it is necessary to leave an ID at the entrance. Please bring one with you, it does not need to be official ID, but it must have your name and photo. It will be returned to you each time you leave the development.
