Fairwater Head East Wing Room B&B

Set in 2 acres of grounds the Fairwater Head country house is located in a quiet leafy lane on the outskirts of the village of Hawkchurch. It's in a perfect location for touring the countryside in this area of natural outstanding beauty as well as the world famous Jurassic coast. We are proud to welcome dogs who will enjoy the countryside walks directly from the hotel. The space Set in the unspoilt Devonshire countryside on the Dorset & Somerset borders, in peaceful Hawkchurch, this Edwardian country house is just 4 miles from Axminster and 5 miles from Lyme Regis on the Jurassic Coast. The East Wing is attached to the Edwardian House with rooms available on the ground and first floor level all with views over the gardens. En-suite bathrooms with a choice of walk-in shower or bath en-suite with fully fitted shower unit over the bath. The comfortable king size bed is made with Egyptian cotton bedding and soft fluffy white towels are provided as well as a cotton bath mat and non-slip rubber mat. Tea & coffee making facilities offer coffee and a range of local teas and the Continental breakfast hamper is delivered to the room each morning. There are fabulous walks close by as well as stunning coastal walks a little further afield and we are proud to be dog friendly. Guest access Set in 2 acres of mature gardens which guests are free to roam and plenty of free parking. Reception is open from 8am to 8pm and located in the main Edwardian house which leads to the attached East Wing. During your stay Reception is manned from 8am to 8pm.
