Bourg St Maurice: nice ground floor apartment chalet

This very nice apartment, located on the ground floor of our cottage is very close to THE ARCS AND LA ROSIÈRE RESORTS AND 30 MINUTES FROM THE VAL D'ISÈRE AND TIGNES RESORTS. You'll love it because of the ambiance, the brightness, the outdoor spaces, the comfortable bed. It is also perfect for couples and families (with a child). Everything is provided for your comfort and to make your stay as pleasant as possible... The space The apartment is spacious and bright, tastefully decorated (we hope). It includes a wooden entrance hall where you can store your bike, skis, shoes; you then enter a beautiful living room with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with a sofa, small desk, TV. You also have a separate bedroom with closets and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The neighborhood is quiet because we are on a private street, surrounded by chalets; the location is ideal because you will find a supermarket, swimming pool, large park, tennis courts... of course you can enjoy the garden with sun loungers, barbecue and sauna (winter) Guest access We share the garden with a dining area, lounge chairs and a sauna (which works especially in winter). A parking space is also reserved for you in front of the chalet. Other things to note We also have 2 dogs and 1 cat who like to be petted but are not too invasive... The apartment is also very convenient for bike lovers and bikers as they can put their bikes in the entrance hall, wash them or recharge them outside.
