Bankend Holiday cottage

Bankend is a beautiful family home in a very peaceful setting surrounded by wonderful views. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy total countryside yet enables you to be on the motorway or Stirling in 5 minutes. If you want to bring a dog , we require description of the dog, it must be confined to living and dining areas only, and a fee of £10 per day,, must have its own bed. The space Bankend Farmhouse is amazingly situated in the heart of central Scotland and is accessible from every direction. With stunning views from the front sitting rooms over fields with Stirling Castle in the background, it also has beautiful views of the Trossachs to the west. Bankend offers 5 large bedrooms and 2 reception rooms both with TV. enjoying outstanding views from all around, including Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument. The sitting room has a cozy wood burning stove and a flat screen TV with a view looking at Stirling Castle. There is also a large kitchen/dining area to accommodate self-catering. The front garden catches the morning sun, while the back patio soaks up in the afternoon sun. This amazing house can cater for small and large groups! It is a very spacious house, the rooms including the bedrooms are of a generous size . However it remains very homely, retaining some lovely original features. Just a 40 minute drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh with main road network a short drive away makes Bankend the perfect base to explore Scotland from. The well equipped kitchen features; a grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, double-oven, microwave. The washing machine and clothes dryer, are housed separately opposite the kitchen .
