Either for small groups of businessmen or friends, or larger families who want to explore the historic Old Town, but do not want to walk far each day to the main sights. The interior and high ceilings alone make this an interesting space, with the added bonus of 130 m2 of modern apartment, with all the mod cons, in a historic building. The neighborhood host embassies and government offices, it is just 150 meters from the Parliament building, and a five-minute walk down hill to the livelier area of the Old Town, full of restaurants and bars. Literally look out of the window at the armies of tourists walking by knowing that you have already arrived at your accommodation. Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe, and the apartment is situated right in the middle of all the history. Feel like you have lived in the Old Town for years, even if you are only staying for a night. The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 5-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town. -A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages. - No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated. - Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed - Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00 - Smoking is not allowed indoors - If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying or disturbing neighbours. - Photo Id is required for check-in.
