Welcome to Felbrigge House. A grand Victorian building that has been successfully modernised and converted into beautiful, peaceful apartments. Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share and tips or recommendations you might need! The space Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- Smart TV with access to Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with chairs to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. En-suite bathroom - with shower. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. Guest access The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. If mobility is a challenge, please contact me- there is a lift in the main building entrance that I can give you access to but still a few gentle steps to navigate here!
