The Fern Villa is nestled within the picturesque Tungarli hill of Lonavala. This 3BHK villa is a perfect getaway for family & friends seeking to spend some quality time. The space The property consist of 6 beautifully made Villas Glass facade villas. The space: The Woods Villa has a pleasant forest view. The Living room and the bed room on the ground floor has forest view access. The Villa has 3 rooms - One room is on the ground floor with a queen size double bed and the other 2 rooms are on the 1st floor. The master bed room has a queen sized double bed along with a bath tub designed in the bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with side drawers on each side of the bed, a full sized mirror, TV with Tata Sky and a wardrobe. For the extra guests over and above 6, we provide comfortable floor mattress with linens + pillows + quilts + towels. - The Villa can accommodate upto 12 guests. The pricing upto 6 guests remain the same. Above 6 guests, the per person pricing is 600 per person plus taxes. The guests are hence requested to select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation on Airbnb. Thanks! The kitchen is on the ground floor with basics like Fridge + Water purifier. Microwave is available on call. Induction plate is available on call. We do not provide gas for cooking as in the past the guests have left the gas nobs open leading to scary situations. We provide all bed linens, towels and star quality toiletries. Wifi is provided complimentary for the guests. The rooms have inter com to connect with the reception. We have a shared swimming pool to take a dip in the ever blooming Lonavala environment. Please note that the shared swimming pool is now operational and to maintain maximum precautions it is advised to share the pool within your Villa group. The Pool timings are from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM. We provide indoor games like Jenga, Playing Cards, Uno, Monopoly. All you need to do is ask for the same at the reception (a phone call away). Any special requests over and above the mentioned items shall be chargeable. Bluetooth Speakers: To enhance guest's enjoyment, we kindly request all our guests to bring their own Bluetooth speakers. Based on past experiences, we've noticed that many of our guests prefer using their own speakers as it allows them to savor the music precisely to their liking, enhancing their overall experience. Please ensure that your Bluetooth speakers are fully charged and ready to connect. If you're unable to bring one, don't worry; we'll still have some available on request. 🔖 Additional Costs Extra Guests: ₹1,000 per person (for guests beyond the booked count, up to a maximum of 16). Includes floor mattress, bedsheet & duvet. Barbecue Setup: ₹1,500 (includes stand, skewers & coal). Bonfire: ₹1,500 for a 90-minute session. Food / Meal Options: Kindly note that we have tied up with a cloud kitchen for meal packagers at the villa. Services at times are delayed to extreme rain and traffic and thus we also recommend our guests to order from nearby restaurants through Swiggy or Zomato, which offer a variety of excellent dining options in the area. Our prime location situates us in close proximity to a variety of distinguished restaurants in Lonavala, including Ramakrishna, LOLA, Picadore, Brocolli, Diamond, Mulaqat, Mc. Donalds, Dominos, and more. If you wish to savor the local culinary delights, you can either directly contact these nearby establishments or make use of the convenient services provided by Swiggy or Zomato for doorstep delivery. For an added level of convenience, we've recommend Ekveera, a renowned cloud kitchen that offers an array of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. We've uploaded their menu images for you to explore. To have your chosen meals delivered straight to your villa from Ekveera, simply reach out to their reliable team, place your order, and pay as per the actuals. Please note that we kindly request you to order your meals at least 60 minutes in advance to ensure prompt delivery. In-Villa Dining Experience: At Seven Sands, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. To enhance your dining experience, our villas come equipped with all the necessary cutlery. Quality Assurance: While we've enlisted Ekveera as a trusted third-party vendor, it's important to note that Seven Sands does not assume responsibility for the quality of the meals. Our goal is to offer you a wide range of dining options, and we encourage you to explore other renowned restaurants in Lonavala as well. Ordering from your preferred restaurants via Swiggy or Zomato is also an excellent alternative. In-Villa Kitchen Amenities: In addition to the dining options we provide, our Villa Kitchen is equipped with a Fridge, Microwave, Water purifier, and Induction plate. Induction vessels like Pan, Frying Pan, and Kadhai are also available for your culinary endeavors. Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required upon check-in. This deposit can be paid by UPI / G-Pay, and a receipt will be provided. The deposit will be refunded during check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Note: If you plan to consume Hookah during your stay, an additional security deposit of Rs. 5,000 will be added to the normal security deposit, making the total security deposit Rs. 10,000. We kindly request all our guests to handle the coal used in the Hookah with extreme care to ensure the safety of everyone and to prevent any damage to the property. Insects: Please note that since Lonavala is a Hill station surrounded by forests, there is a possibility of insects and flies entering the villa through windows and doors. However, we want to assure you that we have implemented systematic pest control drills on the property at regular intervals to minimize the presence of any in-grown pests.
