Also, our place come with timber textured vinyl flooring & romantic bedhead lighting, thoughtfully designed to create cozy & home-like feel. Enjoy your stay! The space - Though this apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 guests( King size bed), 3rd guest is allowable if he/she do not mind sleeping on the Vinyl laminated floor with floor mattress( *Pls read details on sleeping arrangement under 'IMPORTANT NOTES TO GUESTS'). - This an open concept studio apartment without separate living area/bedroom. - This is a top floor apartment. You could just open up the full height balcony sliding doors to enjoy natural sea breeze. - A relax chair & study chair are provided, for you to sit back comfortably either reading books, watching TV or enjoying the sea views at the balcony with the complimentary coffee/tea. Oh ya, this east facing unit also allows you to watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning, if the sky is clear :) - The entrance foyer is spacious & well lit, serve as the perfect transition space to your sleeping area. - This is one of the units of a dual key apartment. Don't worry, the adjacent unit is just used for storage purpose only and hence you wont get any noise interference at all. You are the only guest and will have the exclusive access to the main entrance door during the stay. Guest access Guest can have exclusive access to the studio apartment including foyer, sleeping area, private balcony & bathroom. Other things to note -------------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTES TO GUESTS: -------------------------------------- 1. [SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT]: Standard provision is a King size bed for 2 pax. 3rd guest is allowed, subject to an Extra Guest Fee of MYR30/day( *include the provision of one extra single floor mattress & bedlinen). The maximum capacity of this unit is 3 guests only(*infant under 1 year old is exempted fr headcount). Pls select the correct number of guests during your booking. 2. [REFRESHMENTS/DRINKS]: Complimentary mineral water & 3-in-1 coffee/tea are available. P/s: Breakfast is not included. 3. [BONUS AMENITIES]: As bonus amenity, a standing oscillating fan is provided for those who do not prefer air-conditioning. 4. [TOILETRY]: We provide full range of basic toiletry items including shampoo, bath foam, toilet paper, tissue paper as well as towels. 5. [HAIR DRYER & IRONING FACILITY]: A basic hair dryer & iron are available for use. 6. [WIFI]: WIFI is provided in this apartment. 7. [TV]: A 32 inch Smart TV is provided. You can either watch local digital TV channels or other internet video streaming such as youtube( *need to use your own account & all relevant charges/responsibilities to be born by yourself )here. [NOTE]: Pls note that Netflix streaming may not be available in this Smart TV for the time being. Kindly double check with us first before booking, if you really need to watch Netflix movies. 8. [SELF CHECK-IN]: You can self check-in at your preferred time after 3pm on your check-in day. Further information will be provided prior to your check-in time. 9. [SELF CHECK-OUT]: Check-out time is before 12PM (noon) on your check-out day. Pls follow our self check-out procedures ( as spelled out in our house rules/airbnb message) strictly. Late check-out beyond 12pm is subject always to the host's approval and extra charges applies. 10. [HOUSE CLEANING] : No housekeeping/cleaning services will be provided during your stay. If you really need cleaning during your stay, extra cleaning fee applies. For long stay Guests with periodic cleaning need, pls discuss further with us in advance. 11. [DISINFECTING] : As our best efforts to provide you a clean, hygienic & safe living environment, the apartment will be cleaned/sanitised/ventilated after each guest check-out.
