Anne and Wayne Crowe welcome you to our little piece of Paradise Situated in beautiful Pacific Bay we offer you a beautifully presented apartment with super king bed and spacious lounge/dining area with well equipped kitchenette with microwave/tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge There is a modern very large bathroom bath / shower etc Our water has an ultra violet water purifying system so safe to drink Situated just a couple of minutes walk from the a lovely quiet beach The space Our home is two storey down a private right of way We are very sheltered from the sea breezes so we have quite a little micro climate We live in the upstairs area of the house so the room (downstairs) is very quiet and private Our studio room is very well equipped and modern Comfortable lazyboy chairs for relaxing in the evening while watching 50” smart TV or enjoying a glass of wine Ceiling fan to keep you cool on balmy summer nights Wall heater to keep you warm in winter Kitchenette with Jug/Toaster/Fridge and Microwave - perfect for making your morning tea/coffee etc Crockery and cutlery supplied Barbecue available on request Super king bed with crisp sheets , and beautiful bedding Hot water bottles in the room Large bathroom with shower , bath, toilet , etc Beach towels are provided for your use Outdoor seating to enjoy our beautiful weather 2 minute walk to our lovely quiet beach Guest access We do have laundry facilities available on request when I am home to do it for you A charge of $5 per load for washing or drying There is also a laundry down at Tutukaka at Oceans Hotel so you can do your washing while enjoying your coffee etc Other things to note There are a number of restaurants / cafes and takeaways at both Tutukaka and Ngunguru so you'll have no problem finding that perfect brunch lunch or dinner We also have some lovely shops at Tutukaka - gifts - surf - art - Indonesian furniture - an ice cream shop and a general store There are amazing walks and some beautiful beaches - many within walking distance At low tide you can walk around the rocks and beaches to either Tutukaka or Ngunguru Autumn is when the Albatross and Mollymawks come back up to The Petrel Station area and as the weather and oceans cool down we encounter a good range of species, including these stunning Buller's Albatross / Mollyhawks
