Provencal hillside villa between Sea and Lakes

Rental of a top of Villa Provençale of 100 m², the owners live at the bottom. The villa not overlooked overlooks the Esterel massif. Between Cannes and Frejus, about 500 meters above sea level, we overlook the Mediterranean sea and the Lakes. Located at the foot of Mont Vinaigre, the view allows you to contemplate the Maures mountains and the Mercantour and of course the coast between St Tropez and Cap Ferrat. The villa exteriors include a terrace with barbecue and large pool, on 800m² of land. Other things to note The furnished basement & garage of the house are not rented. I may reside there during the rental. I have a few birds in the backyard and I have to come and feed them on a regular basis.
