Double room in a peacefull house (1-2 persons)M

Wellcome home! A peacefull house in a little town (Urnieta), 12 kms away from San Sebastian. Surrounded by mountains. Very well connected by road, bus and train. Free and secure public parking in front of the house. The space A detached house in a residencial complex. Three floors with a terrace. Spacious and confortable. I am offering two private rooms at the first floor (one announcement per room), both with double beds (135 cm.) You can use also the kitchen, terrace and garden if you want to. Guest access The two rooms are for your private use only and they are at the first floor, where I have two other rooms. It is my main residence so we'll be sharing: - Kitchen and bathromm on the ground floor - Complete bathroom on the first floor (next to the rooms) - Terrace and garden. Feel free to have breakfast here if you want, also at the hammocks under the trees - If you brig BIKES or SURFING BOARDS you can leave them safe inside the garage easily - Wi-fi There is a public parking right in front of the house where you can leave your car also. It is allowed to smoke, but only at the terrace During your stay This is my main residence, so excepting work-trips, I will be around during your staying If you all have time and you feel like it, we can share a breakfast or a dinner in the terrace ; ) Other things to note The house has stairs, so it is not prepared for wheel chairs.
