Indulge yourself with a luxurious refreshing getaway in our beautiful Sentul Villa. A four-story villa on 1200m2 of land, with spacious rooms and an extensive front yard. Our modern minimalist villa exterior is built on mostly glass, with a balcony in every room and a cozy rooftop, giving you access to the beautiful surrounding views of Sentul City. With an extensive front yard and rooftop deck, our villa is perfect for gatherings from day to night. The space Our villa boasts a modern minimalist design with spacious light-filled rooms. Our bedrooms all have a private balcony, with en-suite bathrooms in three of the four rooms. Our kitchen incorporates an open concept, with an island bar. You are free to make use of all our kitchen facilities. We also provide general kitchen utensils for you to use. The dining table is positioned on our balcony, to allow you to enjoy the beautiful air and view as you dine. The TV in the living room is subscribed to Indihome with HOOQ, giving you free access to cable channels, and the available movies and tv shows. You are more than welcome to bring your own DVDs and game consoles. We have a Rooftop Deck on the villa’s top floor. It has a surrounding view of Sentul City and the mountains. The area is equipped with a private pantry, toilet and a 4M long dining table. Our Rooftop Deck is perfect for gatherings at night when the air cools down. Right beside our villa, we have an extensive front yard that is perfect for group outdoor activities. We have a volleyball available, but feel free to bring in your own equipment. Around our yard, we have a Lounge Deck that has a seating area, ping pong table and a dining table. We also have a BBQ grill that we can set up for you to use. We also have a patio for lounging purposes. Parking on property is available for up to 6 cars. Smoking in the Villa is only allowed on the balconies and rooftop deck. **NOTE: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 12 (sleeping in or not). This is a strict policy that you must follow. Please be truthful when informing us on the number of guests that will be coming with you. **NOTE: We do not allow inspection / survey of the villa. You may only enter the villa during your reserved dates. **NOTE: We do not rent out our villa for events and weddings. *NOTE: We do not allow any shooting/filming activities in our villa. Guest access Please note that the first floor of the Villa is restricted for our service area. Other things to note You will see an extra stand alone 1-story building behind the Lounge Deck and Front Yard, this building is not accessible as it is currently under renovations.
