Welcome to our friendly accommodation, located in trendy Bol in Marka Marulića street 13! We have three guest rooms to offer You. Our house is perfectly located in an attractive part of Bol, in direction to the famous "Zlatni rat" beach. We wish You a pleasant stay! The space Newly equipped, modern double room, features double bed and bedside tables, an wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. Room has everything You would normally need; the facilities like satellite television, Wi-Fi, fridge, air condition. Room has a window at north facing the street and greenery. Completely new renovated bathroom with a shower is situated just a step outside of the room and it's shared with one single room. We have available another bedroom - listed separately, one double bedroom with its own bathroom, if You need more space please check out our other listings. Guest access Dining room, kitchen with all facilities and outdoor terrace with a sea view, are for exclusive use for guest, as we got our own kitchen in our flat at the groundfloor. During your stay I always try to greet You personally (although I work long), and explain a little bit about the place. Happy to assist You with any queries You might have and make suggestions for restaurants or activities. If You would like company then I am happy to chat to You. If You would like to be alone then I respect Your space. Anyway, I enjoy meeting new people, especially those from different countries. Other things to note We provide all the necessary info and maps to navigate the city. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge but, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption of service due to problems with the service provider. I'm flexible with check in and out times if space permits. Check out time is by 10:00 am in order to get the room ready for other guests, but I do have space for Your luggage until You leave the city. Prices are inclusive of: taxes, electricity, hot water, gas, towels, clean linen, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels and the final cleaning fee.
