The small Plessix gîte

In the countryside 10 minutes from the sea, we will be delighted to host you in this farmhouse in a charming farm building, all in a wooded park crossed by a small stream. Located in an outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, you will have a private garden with terrace and barbecue. You will also find in this rural setting conducive to relaxation spaces that we can share: A vegetable greenhouse, an orchard with our sheep and chickens... The space On the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2 composed of an open kitchen with dining area (mid-high table with 6 stools) and 1/2 level higher a living room with sofas, coffee table, wood stove and the French window giving access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 small bedrooms with single beds, 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom equipped with a shower. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue and a private garden of about 250 m2 surrounded by a hedge. Guest access The accommodation, the garden and the access are totally private, only the back of the gîte is opposite the house. Other things to note The ground floor and 2 levels with steps, therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility and very young children. The floor is in the attic, so the rooms are a little cramped but functional, the accommodation is suitable for a couple with 2 children/teenagers. We are in the countryside, it is not broadband internet but only 3 to 5 MB, which is enough to watch videos with 2 or 3 people. Registration Details 291990778431
