Charming Rural Cornwall cottage 20 mins from Bude

This private, renovated and extended stone cottage lies within a large expanse of garden. Only 20 mins from the beautiful Widemouth beach,Bude. Surrounded by lovely countryside, this recently decorated home has just been made available. Cosy evenings in front of the fire or on the patio around the fire pit are a real feature of this home. A fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Everything for a perfect family holiday with table tennis, football goal posts and plenty of space. Dogs on request. The space The house has been extended since it’s early days as a coach stop in the 18th century. The lounge is on the first floor with an open fire, 3 sofas and a library. Perfect for cosy evenings in or quiet time in front of the tv. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. On the same floor are 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one en-suite with bathroom and 1 with adjacent shower room. The dining room is next to the fully fitted kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There are 2 extra chairs. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer and half size deep freeze. The downstairs Aqua bedroom has two singles that can be made up as a Superking bed and has an en-suite bath/shower with basin and toilet. The Black and White bedroom is also downstairs and is a King bed and has a shower room with basin and toilet immediately adjacent. Upstairs there is the Stone bedroom with a double bed. Next door is the Seaside room with 2 small singles that can also be made up as a king sized bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room with toilet and basin. Outside there is a secluded patio with comfortable chairs, table, BBQ and fire pit. Perfect for fun lunches and suppers. There is a huge garden playing field at the front of the cottage that is perfect for rounders, cricket or football. There is a table tennis table and other outdoor games so lots of fun to be had. Launceston golf club is 3 miles away and and they welcome visitors. Fabulous Widemouth bay beach is 12 miles away. Babies and toddlers may stay and there is a cot and high chair. Please bring a mattress for the cot and whatever else you require. Guest access Parking for at least 6 cars if not more. Other things to note No groups under the age of 25 or stag groups. 8 adults per stay maximum
