The accommodation we offer is a self contained one bedroom unit in Numeralla, N.S.W. Numeralla is a delightful little village, just a twenty minute rural drive from Cooma, the gate way to the Snowy Mountains. The unit is seperate from the main house which is on a four acre property, backing onto the Numeralla river. The kitchen looks out onto 180 degree views of the beautiful Numeralla Valley. The atmosphere is all about peace and quiet. The space For those interested in viewing and photographing wildlife, kangaroos visit on most mornings and evenings. However they are wild animals so sadly this cannot be guaranteed. Or if interested in star gazing, the dark skies offer it all. Covid 19 update. 3/11/2021. Delighted to reopen today, now that regional travel restrictions have been lifted. Long may it last! For now I will be continuing my policy of blocking out 72 hours either side of every booking, just to be sure. I won’t, therefore be asking for proof of vaccination but would hope that people will be fully vaxed before travelling. I very much look forward to your return and to welcoming new friends. 24/1/2022 To my lovely prospective guests... I wanted to share that sometime between early September and early December I will be taking delivery of a very welcome new hip. The exact date is uncertain at the moment so to avoid having to cancel bookings in case of an earlier than expected admission and to allow for a six week post op. recovery period, I have blocked out six months from late August until mid February '23. I apologise for any disappointment and very much look forward to welcoming guests just as soon as I am up and "running" again. Guest access Everywhere except the main house unless invited. Other things to note Sadly we cannot welcome pets no matter how well house trained. No exceptions will be considered. Re Accessibility AirBnB have requested new photos demonstrating access to and within the property. Unfortunately there is a current technical difficulty preventing me from doing so under the heading of Accessibility, I have therefore posted those photos on my regular photo display. So if interested please go to the end of the display to view them. The photos demonstrate parking availability; garage; entrance ramp into the front door; living area taken from the front door and back to the front door; kitchenette; bedroom including the entrance way, shots to demonstrate the distance around the bed; bathroom and toilet; exit through back door to outdoor area.
