Casa Giustina is a bright apartment a stone's throw from the medieval village of Maranola, located on one level, particularly cool in summer and with a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Gaeta. The outdoor greenery, the possibility of quickly reaching the nearby seaside resorts and the trails of the Monti Aurunci park make the place pleasant to relax, visit the historical/artistic heritage of the area and spend a pleasant vacation between the sea and the mountains. There are two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds; in the bright living room with large windows there is a sofa bed available. There are two bathrooms with shower and the kitchen is equipped with all comforts including a fireplace. The house with motorized external gate is equipped with heating system, refrigerator, electric oven, washing machine and hairdryer. The area in front of the house allows you to walk and stay outdoors enjoying the quiet atmosphere of the area. The apartment features wide windows and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Gaeta. The modern interior design is enriched with pleasant artwork. The apartment can accommodate four to six people. The car park is located in front of a hall equipped with a table, chairs and shade, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quietness of the place. The apartment is composed of: • Two double rooms; the main one features a double bed, while two single beds are located in the other one. Moreover, a sofa bed is available in the large common room. • Two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, and one washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a table, fireplace, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer. • Autonomous heating system to be used during the fall and winter. The main access to the main building, where the hosts are living, is secured by an electric gate and a second small gate separates the Casa Giustina patio from the external wider area available as well for walking and relaxing while enjoying the marvellous view of the Gulf of Gaeta. Other things to note By the end of the overnight stay, a tourist tax is payable to the municipality of Formia, corresponding to 1 euro per person for up to 8 days. The tourist tax, payable by the guest, must be paid to the host who will pay the municipality.
