1. House of Trongaard - Next to DTU

Our home is located only 500 meters away from DTU with a private garden and several rooms available for reservation at ‘House of Trongaard’. Close to public transportation (bus 150C, which is a direct line to Copenhagen city center, is only 5min walk away), only 800 meters to the largest green area/deer park close to Copenhagen and 3,8 km to the sea. Due to tax rules min 30 days booking The space Our home is close to the Danish Technical University (DTU), close to the highway, with bus 150C taking you directly to CPH downtown (20 min), and close to Lyngby station. It is located just next to Dyrehaven (large green area) and 3,8 km from the sea. A great place for DTU students. Room size: 2,1 x 2,95 m (Please note we have up to 4 available rooms on Airbnb depending on the period) Fibernet (high speed wireless internet) included. 940Mbps and upload 115Mbps Guest access The shared kitchen and bathroom are located at the ground floor in a separate section of the house, available for you and fellow tenants, who will be living in our other guest rooms. Also available for our guests is the front yard, with a table and chairs, to enjoy the summer and warm days. Our guests are primarily DTU students and DTU employees. Often, this shared DTU reference is a great basis for unforgettable social time together. However, we do respect and guard the privacy of your room. During your stay I am always available via phone and the Airbnb app, also when I’m not at home. Other things to note We have two small dogs in the private section of the house and the backyard is private. The dogs will be in the front yard from time to time, so it is very important that the front gate towards the street is kept closed at all times. Otherwise the dogs will escape. As not all guests are comfortable with animals, the dogs are trained, and not allowed to enter the guest section of the house. In respect of the privacy of our guests and household, we ask our guests to wear clothes, or a bathrobe, when you leave your room. A washing machine is available for our guests at DKK 30 per wash. Occasional extra guest can be arranged with me in advance.
