Your private suite!

Set in a quiet yet central location your private suite is comfortable, with private bathroom and separate toilet. Just 10 minutes drive to central Dunedin and the Dunedin Airport! We have two rooms available in our guest suite, for a max of four guests. If you have booked just one room, we will not have any other guests staying in the other room. So the space will be all yours - yay :) We're proud SuperHosts, and have been AirBnb hosts since 2011. We look forward to hosting you! The space Your private suite is a separate wing from our house, with its own lockable entrance. You'll have the space entirely to yourselves. It's cosy, warm and comfortable, and has a separate bathroom and separate toilet. There are two rooms (each with a double bed) available, so our space is perfect for solo travellers, couples, families, friends, workmates, or any other combination of guests from 1 to 4 people! Please note: the pricing for two people assumes you are staying in the same room. If you are two people and would like one room each, it's an extra NZ$40 per night (more info below). As you can see from the pictures the bedrooms themselves are relatively small - please consider this when booking - thanks! Gigabit-speed internet is available. Enjoy your stay! Guest access You'll have a separate entrance, and private use of the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. There is one other room in our annex, however this are used solely as our home office, and we are unlikely to need to access it during your stay. There is off-street parking available for your vehicle(s) on our property. If using public transport, the nearest bus stop is just 300m away (2 min walk), and bus 77 takes you into the centre of Dunedin - easy peasy! Also, Woolworths supermarket is a 2 min walk away. Very convenient! If you prefer dining out there are multiple restaurants and takeaways on the main street of Mosgiel within 750m (8 min walk or 2 min drive). You'll love our quiet and peaceful home and surroundings. Many guests have said they've had the best sleep ever in our private suite! Other things to note Please note: the pricing for two people assumes you are staying in the same room. If you are two people and would like one room each, it's an extra NZ$40 per night. Thank you for your understanding on this - the pricing features within airbnb doesn't allow us to account for this upon booking. To pay, we can add an extra payment after booking, or you can pay in cash upon arrival. Washing machine, dryer, and some amenities for children are available upon request. A load of washing is $5 (payable in cash), or if you prefer there is a laundromat in central Mosgiel.
