Fully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor swimming pool, 4 airconditioned bedrooms with king size beds, private parking , 2 large halls, wifi connection & satellite TV's. The space The villa is located at a convenient location to all tourist places such as Panjim , Calangute , Baga , Candolim , Anjuana & Vagator in North Goa. The villa is very spacious. Guest access Guests can access the entire place. Other things to note Assistance is available from our caretaker at a gratuity or nominal fee. Our caretaker would be happy to make tea, coffee or perhaps simple breakfast. You will require to give him the ingredients which is available at the nearby store . (His assistance is subject to his availability ). However we have kept some basic ingredients in the kitchen like cooking oil , tea, sugar , coffee , etc. Clean purified drinking water is available from Aquaguard water filter which is serviced regularly . This is fitted in the kitchen . There is a first aid kit in the villa. Hope that you will not need it ! But in case needed anytime , please ask our caretaker . We have basic internet in the villa - Jio pocket internet device - which will be handed over personally to you by our caretaker . You will need to return it back to him when you are ready for checkout . The password will be shared with you before check in. The keys of main door need to returned back to the caretaker while check out. We can arrange local taxis at your cost . Mobile numbers can be shared with you .
