It consists of very comfortable bedrooms, a large but cozy living room with an Italian corner sofa and a leather armchair, and also a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that I myself do not live here. As a result, the bedrooms of the apartment are being listed separately on AirBnb. Your room is equipped with a brand new queen size bed, a very comfortable (brand new as well) mattress and a beautiful armchair. A big wardrobe is also at your sole disposal. To ensure a comfortable night's sleep, the room can go completely dark by the press of a button that can fully lower the electrical shutters of the window. One dimmable-by-touch lamp is on each of the two night stands next to the bed. Furthermore, the central ceiling light can be easily controlled by a switch just on top of the nightstand. The wall-mounted, 40" bedroom TV is digitally tuned to some local and international stations and will also allow you play back your favourite media from USB memory sticks. Last, but not least a JBL Horizon bluetooth radio / alarm clock will let you listen to your own tunes. You will also be able to charge up to two USB phones or devices simultaneously using its fast charging, USB power ports. The room is additionally equipped with several power sockets and a low-noise air-conditioner that has just been installed. (Note that the apartment on its own is warm during the winter and quite cool in the summer, so the use of the A/C is totally up to your liking.) Your room also features an en-suite bathroom. All sanitary and other fittings in the bathroom are brand new and the shower is equipped with a glass door. Guest access All guests of the bedrooms of the apartment will have shared access to the living room area and the kitchen. The living room features a very comfortable Italian corner sofa, a leather armchair, a glass coffee table and a smart TV with registered Netflix services. The kitchen has also gone through a complete renovation and everything here (including the oven, the microwave, the hob and the fridge) is brand new as well. You will be able to prepare your meals and even make complex recipes as the kitchen is fully equipped! All of our guests will also have access to the washing machine and the dryer installed next to the kitchen. During your stay As I do not live in this apartment, I will not be sleeping over! :-) Nevertheless and as I use a separate office area in the building, I will be around most of the time during the day and some of the early evenings. I grew up in Nicosia and I know the city inside out. I would be of course more than happy to offer my recommendations and advise on what to look for and also what not to waste money and time on while in town. (Nicosia does have some hidden gems when it comes to good food, entertainment, the arts and night life. Nevertheless, there are some places to avoid as some businesses are only after making the most out of out-of-towners.) I like meeting people and making new friends, so if we seem to connect and if you feel like it, we may even go out for drinks or dinners.
