Our house is in a pretty hamlet of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, halfway between Salagou and Caroux, near the medieval villages of Villemagne, Boussagues, Dio. Children can run in the village, located away from the road, adults can rest on the large terrace in summer or in front of the fireplace in winter. River and GR 7, 5 minutes away. 80 km bike path 5 min away. Canoeing, rafting, paragliding, climbing, hiking, beaches. Treatments in Lamalou and Avène. Montpellier 1 hour 15 minutes away. The space Our house is a late 19th century winegrower's house that we restored with patience and love, trying to keep as many period elements as possible. The furniture is family-owned or has been sourced from the surrounding area. The living room and kitchen open directly onto the enclosed terrace where you can eat in the shade of a tree, sunbathe or play. The bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors (single beds and baby cot on the 1st, double beds on the 2nd). The house is located opposite the chapel and the village presbytery and enjoys a view of the entire valley from the 1st floor. Guest access Access to every room in the house. The terrace is private and is part of the rental. The land behind the house as well as the outbuilding in front of the house, on the other side of the terrace, are private. The outbuilding is not accessible to other people during your rental. Bedrooms: Bedrooms are all accessible. However, guests are asked to use only beds that match the composition and size of their group. In summer, we provide garden furniture, umbrellas and a barbecue. Other things to note Between October 15 and April 15, during the heating period, there is an EDF surcharge for heating based on actual consumption. An EDF statement will be made upon arrival and departure from the premises and an advance requested. The cleaning fee for stays longer than 2 days is calculated on 5 hours of cleaning, for stays of two days on 4 hours of cleaning. Each additional hour that proves necessary due to the poor condition in which the tenants leave the house will be charged separately. Linens and towels are provided upon request for a fee of 5 euros per person.
